你在 Readii 这里练英语开口。你可能想知道:我会"知道"你的什么? 谁会听到你说的话?谁来照看这些信息?

我用最简单的话告诉你。

我知道你的什么?

不多。其实只有这些:

  • 你爸爸/妈妈用他们的 Google 账号登录 Readii 时,我知道他们的邮箱和名字。
  • 你练习的时候,我知道你选了哪个场景(私校面试?和同学聊天?跟校医说不舒服?)。
  • 你说英语的时候,我会把你说的话变成英文字写下来(像字幕一样)。这叫 transcript。
  • 练完之后我会生成一份中文小报告,告诉爸爸/妈妈你表现得怎么样,哪里可以更好。

我 NOT 知道:你的真名、你住哪、你上哪个学校、你的电话——除非你自己在练习里说出来(但我们的 AI 角色被设计成不会问你这些)。

谁会"听到"你说的话?

为了让 Readii 能工作,有几个"帮手"会处理你说的话。我用打比方让你明白:

  • Claude(像一个超级英语老师) — 听你说什么,帮你想下一句怎么回答,最后写报告。它在美国。
  • Deepgram(像速记员) — 听你的声音,把你说的话变成英文字。它在美国。听完就忘掉(不会一直存着你的声音)。
  • ElevenLabs(像配音演员) — 不听你说话,只负责让 AI 老师/同学的声音听起来自然。
  • Stripe(像收银员) — 只跟你爸爸/妈妈打交道,处理订阅费。和你练习内容没关系。

这些"帮手"都签了协议,保证只用你的信息来让 Readii 工作,不会拿去做别的事(比如卖广告——我们 Readii 没有广告!)。

你的话会被存多久?

  • 你练完一场后,你说的英文字幕 + 中文报告会留在 Readii 里给爸爸/妈妈以后看。
  • 如果爸爸/妈妈不再用 Readii(取消订阅 + 让我们删除账户),你的所有练习记录会在 30 天内永久消失。
  • 在那 30 天内,如果你们改主意了,数据还能恢复。30 天之后就真的没了。

你有什么权利?

很多!但你需要通过爸爸/妈妈来用这些权利(因为他们是账户管理人):

✅ 看一看 Readii 知道你的所有信息(让爸爸/妈妈邮件 admin@readii.co.uk 就行) ✅ 删掉任何你不想留的练习记录 ✅ 彻底告别 Readii:删除账户,所有信息从 Readii 这边消失 ✅ 改正任何不对的信息(比如名字写错了)

如果爸爸/妈妈帮你提出这些请求,Readii 会在 30 天内处理。

如果练习中遇到难受的事...

如果在 Readii 练习时,你想到了让你难受的事情——被同学欺负、想自己伤害自己、家里发生让你害怕的事——Readii 的 AI 不会装作没看见,也不会跟你练那种"假对话"。它会:

  1. 用温柔的话告诉你,"我听到了"
  2. 提醒你:找一个真实的大人说说——爸爸/妈妈、老师、school counsellor、或者:
    • Childline(免费、悄悄聊):打 0800 1111 或上 childline.org.uk
    • Samaritans(24 小时):打 116 123

这些事 Readii 不会拿去练习评分,也不会让爸爸/妈妈看到一份"哇你这个回答多少分"的报告——它会肯定你敢开口本身就是勇敢。

English Version (for English-first readers)

Hi — this is Readii. Here's what we want you to know about your privacy.

When you practise English on Readii, you might wonder: what does Readii know about me? Who hears what I say? Who's looking after this stuff?

We'll keep it simple.

What do we know about you?

Not a lot. Really, just this:

  • Your parent or guardian signs in with their Google account, so we know their email and name.
  • We know which scene you picked (private-school interview? chatting with friends? talking to a school nurse?).
  • When you speak English, we turn it into written words (a bit like subtitles). That's called a "transcript".
  • After you finish, we write a little report in Chinese so your parent can see how you did and what to work on.

We do NOT know: your real name, where you live, what school you go to, your phone number — unless you say it out loud yourself in a practice. (Our AI characters are designed not to ask you these things.)

Who else "hears" what you say?

For Readii to work, a few helpers handle what you say. Think of them like this:

  • Claude (like a super English teacher) — listens to what you say, decides what to say back, and writes the report. Based in the United States.
  • Deepgram (like a speedy note-taker) — listens to your voice and turns it into written words. Based in the United States. Forgets your voice as soon as it's done (doesn't save audio).
  • ElevenLabs (like a voice actor) — doesn't listen to you. Just makes the AI teacher's voice sound natural.
  • Stripe (like a cashier) — only talks to your parent for the subscription payment. Has nothing to do with your practice.

All these helpers have signed agreements promising they'll only use your info to make Readii work, never for anything else (no selling to advertisers — Readii has no ads!).

How long do we keep what you say?

  • After each practice, your transcript and report are saved so your parent can look at them later.
  • If your parent stops using Readii (cancels and asks us to delete the account), all your practice records will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • During those 30 days, if you change your mind, the data can come back. After 30 days, it's truly gone.

What rights do you have?

Lots! But you'll need your parent to ask for them (because they manage the account):

✅ See everything Readii knows about you (parent emails admin@readii.co.uk) ✅ Delete any practice you don't want to keep ✅ Leave Readii completely: delete the account, all your info disappears from us ✅ Fix anything that's wrong (like a misspelled name)

When your parent asks, Readii will sort it out within 30 days.

If something hard comes up in a practice...

If, while practising on Readii, something painful comes to mind — being bullied, wanting to hurt yourself, something scary happening at home — Readii's AI won't pretend it didn't hear, and won't keep playing a "fake conversation". Instead it will:

  1. Gently say "I heard you"
  2. Remind you: please tell a real grown-up — your parent, your teacher, your school counsellor, or:
    • Childline (free, confidential): call 0800 1111 or visit childline.org.uk
    • Samaritans (24/7): call 116 123

Readii won't score these moments or put a "performance report" about them in front of your parent — it will just say that speaking up was brave.
